Course policies and etiquette
These are the playing policies and etiquette rules at Country Meadows Golf Course in Richmond, BC. The Rules of Golf as approved by Golf Canada govern all play, except where the local rules below apply. Call the pro shop if anything here needs checking before you play.

ContactTee time changes and cancellations
Give the pro shop at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel. All no-shows are charged.
How far ahead you can book
Tee times open 7 days ahead.
Group size
Maximum 4 players per tee time.
Who can play
Minimum age is 10. Everyone on the course pays a green fee. Each golfer needs their own set of clubs. The pro shop may pair up players. One ball per player.
Power carts
Drivers must be at least 18 with a valid licence and are responsible for any damage. Keep carts on paths where provided, off slopes around greens and hazards, and out of soft or saturated areas. The superintendent may close the course to carts in wet conditions.
Pull carts
Keep pull carts off tees, greens and aprons, and do not pull them between greens and bunkers.
Care of the course
Replace divots, repair ball marks and rake bunkers. Play without delay.
Alcohol
No outside alcohol anywhere on the property, including the parking lots. This is a condition of our liquor licence and is strictly enforced.
Local rules
Yellow stakes mark water hazards, red stakes lateral water hazards, white stakes out of bounds. Free lift within two club lengths of the nearest point of relief, no nearer the hole, from staked trees under six feet, stone drains, flower beds, stone paths, buildings, sprinkler heads, large stones and ground under repair.
Your responsibility
Everyone on the property assumes all risk of injury to themselves and liability to others for their actions. Management may refuse admission or cancel playing privileges at any time.
Round length
Most rounds take 3.5 to 4 hours.
the policies say caddies and walk-alongs must pay a green fee, the local rules say no walkers or caddies are allowed. One line has to go.
